For many Brits and Americans that time of the year has come around once again - Summer is over! With Autumn (or Fall) officially beginning on the 1st September sadly it means that it's time to put your Summer sandals and denim shorts to the back of your wardrobe and bring out your baggy jumpers, checked shirts and ripped jeans. You want everyone to look at you when you walk through the school gates and think, "girllllll, when did you get so stylish?" so I have helped you find some perfect pieces to complete your back to schoool wardrobe for the rest of the season featuring the one and only ASOS.

What to Wear on your Summer Holiday 2016

It's been a while since I have updated this blog, 2 months to be exact. My 'what to wear' edition posts seem to be proving popular amongst you guys and so far I have written: what to wear to a wedding, what to wear to prom, what to wear to a festival and also a concert edition too.

So, as we're basically in Summer and a lot of people are heading off on their holidays (or vacations, as you say in the USA) I thought I'd do a  'what to wear on your summer holiday' style post full of clothes, shoes and accessories that you could wear on your walks down the beach or whilst your strolling down European city streets.

As always, everything is from my favourite online high street stores and are all at affordable pieces. If you see something that you are loving, all you have to do is click on the image and it will take you straight to the online store that you can buy it from! Easy, right?

What to Wear to a Concert

So last night I went to see Adele at Manchester Arena and she was AMAZING. Her vocals are literally out of this world and she is such an effortless singer. She doesn't half have a gob and a half on her when she speaks, but when she sings she just sounds angelic! It is magical.

Just a little pic, taken from my Instagram @chelsealaurennn and there's a video up on there too, if you want to take a look.

Back to the actual post, going inspired me to share some different concert outfit ideas and pieces that you could wear to a concert from some of our much loved favourite British online stores. I like the more casual dressed down but still dressed up vibe, I'm not a fan of people who wear a mini dress, bare legs and 10 inch heels to an Adele concert.

My Beauty & Skincare Loves for February 2016

I just thought I'd do a quick post on a few beauty and skincare products I am loving right now since I have sort of abandoned this blog for a while due to my major lack of energy. So, lets go!

My new favourite discovery is the bareMinerals Purifying Facial Cleanser. I don't even know how I came across it, I was just browsing feelunique during their boxing day sales and thought I might try it out. It is 100x times so much better than any basic make up wipe and I notice it takes off all of my make-up with a few pumps and a good facial wash and it leaves my skin feeling super smooth and cleansed. I would 100% recommend this facial cleanser, although I haven't tried any others to base my judgement on, this one has hundreds of 5* reviews. The bottle is huge (see below) so you get lots of product and it's definitely well worth the money.

Another major love of mine is the Yes To Tomatoes range. I first discovered it when I was sat watching one of Gabby's favourite videos. A holy grail product of mine is the Daily Repair Treatment which I usually apply on a morning or at night. The specific tomatoes range is based at combination skin which I would say I have as I have partially dry skin but lately I'm suffering with an oily t-zone, especially on my forehead which is becoming a nightmare. It's supposed to help clear up blemishes and I've found since using this my skin just feels nicer and the spots I do get tend clear up quicker. I also recently purchased the Daily Pore Scrub to use as a facial exfoliator and to keep my face clean and clear. It uses a blend of Ginger Root and Bisabolol to help reduce redness of the skin which is another problem that I face with my pale and pasty skin.

Note, the Yes To range isn't just limited to tomatoes. There's Carrots - for normal to dry skin, Blueberries - for fine lines and wrinkles, Cucumbers - for sensitive skin, Grapefruit - for uneven skin tone and Coconut - to hydrate and restore dry skin. You can also find the range in larger Boots stores if you want to see them for yourself.

Get Your Gym On! | Sportswear for Women 2016

It's by no surprise that the top New Years resolution for 2016 is fitness related. All over the world people are setting goals for weight loss, to eat healthier or to work out more. What better way to motivate yourself to hit the gym than by having some fresh new gym gear? If a brand new pair of Nike Roshe Runs won't motivate you, then what will?!

I'm going to show you the best sportswear and trendiest gym clothing from online high street stores, for the girl who likes an occasional trip to the gym, but isn't a total gym freak.

Saying Hello to 2016...

I thought I'd make a cute little introductory blog post to bring in the new year. A rare blog post actually about me, which I never write.

2016 is a fresh new year and there are so many different goals I want to achieve this year. This year I'll be turning 20, which is nuts. I'm at the end of my teens and my childhood is practically already over so I want to start making memories that I can look back on when I'm older and think 'I'm glad I did that when I had the opportunity.'

Being mainstream as ever, I'm going by the 'new year, new me' cliché. I sort of want to reinvent myself, or at least I'm trying to so I feel the best that I possibly can about myself. I want to try go on a health and fitness kick, but I'm not sure if that's something I can stick to. I'm terrible at snacking and as a full-time worker I often reach for a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar for my lunch rather than a healthy salad or pasta etc. I want to try work out more, even if it's just a few quick sessions on the cross trainer I have at home or doing my 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD to improve my health overall.

As a veggie, my energy levels suck and I'm always tired and I'm probably not getting all the nutrients I need so I really want to work on what I eat so that I'll feel better after meals, not sluggish and grouchy. With that, I want to learn how to cook better. Me + a kitchen = a complete and utter disaster. I once tried to boil a pan of quiona, one of the most simplest tasks on the planet, but the pan ended up exploding halfway through cooking and I had a hob covered in tiny pieces of half cooked quinoa which was NOT fun to clean up! See a picture on my Instgram, here if you want to laugh at my stupidity!
